Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping terms

The goods are delivered worldwide.

No shipments will be made to the following foreign islands: USA

shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.88 per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €50.00.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight and the current DHL table:

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2–5 days and abroad within 2–14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will notify you by email when your goods are ready for collection and provide you with information on how to do so. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
